Grubbs Consulting was founded by Mark Grubbs in November of 2006. Mark Grubbs has over two decades worth of experience in the land development industry. Our staff is proficient in using the latest software and equipment required to obtain accurate survey data and to produce quality civil engineering documents. Grubbs Consulting is currently licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas.
